1 tomato
1/4 of medium size onion
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 1/2 to 2 cups of fideo noodles
7 cups of chicken broth
1 cup of HaLaLa Sauce
Purée tomato and onion in blender.
In soup pan, brown fideo noodles in olive oil, add tomato, and stir quickly. Add chicken broth and HaLaLa Sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
For extra flavor:
Add pieces of cooked chicken to soup and garnish with lime, sliced radishes, cilantro, grated contija cheese, and/or sour cream.
