1 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup oil
1 jar of HaLaLa Sauce
1 cup of shredded Mexican cheese
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Saute onions until transparent, add HaLaLa Sauce, and stir until completely mixed. Add bag of tortillas chips (the thicker the chips the better). Stir gently until chips are covered with sauce. Top with cheese.
For extra color & flavor:
Serve with cilantro and sour cream.
Optional Ingredients: Add cup of cooked shredded chicken and black olives.
